By creating an account or using SIICX services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your country
• You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Use
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

SIICX provides:

• For Creators: Unified analytics dashboard, AI insights, pricing calculator, brand matching, and media kit generator
• For Brands: Creator discovery, verified analytics, campaign management, audience insights, and ROI tracking
• Integrations: Connection with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (with user authorization)

When using SIICX, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use services only for legitimate and legal purposes
• Respect SIICX's and third parties' intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or malicious activities

It is expressly prohibited to:

• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automated methods
• Fraudulently manipulate metrics or analytics
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Harass, defame, or violate rights of other users
• Sell or transfer your account to third parties
• Create fake or multiple accounts without authorization
• Scrape data without express permission

All intellectual property rights related to SIICX, including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, content, and technology, are the exclusive property of SIICX or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to content you post on the platform. However, by posting content, you grant SIICX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve our services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to all content you share on the platform.

SIICX provides the platform "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIICX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated by SIICX.

We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice. Price changes do not affect already paid subscriptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay fees due
• Harm or attempt to harm the platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time through platform settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Angola. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Luanda, Angola.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and SIICX
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights without our consent
